Eligibility
To be eligible for the SEAI Individual Energy Upgrade Grant, your home must meet the following criteria:
1. Home Age: The property must have been built and occupied before 2011.
2. Existing Glazing: You must be replacing existing single or inefficient double-glazed windows.
3. Insulation Standards: Your home must have adequate attic and wall insulation (we can help you verify this through a BER assessment).
4. Registered Contractor: The work must be carried out by an SEAI-registered contractor like Blackrock Windows.
